The location was fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. The highlight was definitely the staff. Luca was helpful and friendly, always ready with local tips. The breakfast was really good, especially with the lovely rooftop view.

Abundant options for breakfast with fresh fruit, a panoramic view of rome and cheese. Particularly good and perfect location, at a moderate distance from Roma Termini railway.
Nothing special views from the window.

It was brand-new, themed and with large bathroom. The location in a shopping area was comfortable and best possible.

very clean hotel. 3 star hotels, rooms with good furniture, all very clean and comfortable. hotel is better than many 4 star hotels in Rome! beds are large and comfortable, rooms have everything, Cleaning to Shine every day. Reception is very well-mannered polite and helpful people! There is a large storage room where I was allowed to leave my Luggage even for a few days( I was at the sea for 2 days and returned to the hotel, is near the Roma termini train station for bags on the way to the airport, convenient. service at the highest level. Thank you for your courtesy, atmoshere and purity! Recommend this place. It's really very clean at the hotel. Yes, hotel is 3 stars, furniture is simple, so clean and cozy that you don't notice it. hotel is better than many 4-rock hotels in Rome! beds are big and comfortable, rooms have everything, Cleaning up to shine every day. At Reception are very polite and responsive people! There is a large Luggage room where I was allowed to leave my suitcases even for a few days (I went to the sea for 2 days and returned to the hotel, is not far from the Roma Termini station to pick up the bags on the way to the airport, is very convenient). All the employees of the hotel are 5 for service, polite atmosphere and cleanliness! I recommend this place!

The hotel is modern, well located, two blocks from Termini, meters from Giuliani bar and Diana's Place. They leave fruit on arrival, which came in handy. The breakfast is varied, abundant, the time slot for breakfast is wide, the gentleman who attends the breakfast area is charming, the view is wonderful. (I just avoided booking hotels that offered breakfast in the room). The bed was impeccable every day, as was the bathroom; the air conditioning was working normally. The outside was quiet (the room neighbours not so quiet).
This hotel has a safety deposit box with an odd system. Instead of being vertical, it's horizontal, the door opens upwards, it's very heavy and when I closed it, I grabbed a finger, ugly. And it doesn't have a 4-digit keypad but a key! And the key is given under guarantee of 20 euros! Arriving the last day I had no cash but I had 20 euros "sleeping" in guarantee. I recommend to improve that point. Also, you can't see from the reception but on the left of it there is a space with a microwave and kettle and table and chairs that are not well marked and are a good option to heat food or make tea (since there is no kettle or coffee maker in the room). Regardless of this, I would definitely come back to the hotel.

ideal base for exploring rome's iconic sights and parks
Staying here was fantastic because it's just a 5-minute walk to the train station, and every major tourist attraction, like the Colosseum and the Borghese Gallery, is within a pleasant stroll away. Plus, the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a good highlight that really set the mood for my explorations each day.

It's actually a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Despite the proximity of the station, everything is perfectly safe. Close to all the sights - very convenient. Cozy and clean street. Termini is about 7 minutes on foot. Here at the station itself be careful - the hat from the backpack managed to steal. Homeless people have their beds, as they do all over Rome, but on the whole it's not dirty or dangerous. There are carabinieri everywhere. The hotel has a great breakfast, a great view on the terrace, a comfortable bed. It was at the end of January, the hotel was warm and calm. I would highly recommend it.
Looks like I didn't get a refund of 55 euros when I booked the hotel. When I checked out, I paid the full amount and was told that the money would be returned within 10 days. But I guess that didn't happen. I'll contact the hotel and find out.
